Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for optimal placement of aggregator equipment in telecommunication networks. An embodiment operates by determining an optimized traffic aggregation configuration based on execution of a network optimization function. The embodiment executes the network optimization function by receiving, as an input, information corresponding to resource capacity of the one or more types of aggregator units and resource demands generated by the plurality of access nodes, calculating an estimated number of each type of traffic aggregator unit of the one or more types of traffic aggregator units, and calculating the optimized traffic aggregation configuration.
Abstract: Methods and apparatus for providing quasi-licensed spectrum access within an area or venue. In one embodiment, the quasi-licensed spectrum utilizes 3.5 GHz CBRS (Citizens Broadband Radio Service) spectrum allocated by a Federal or commercial SAS (Spectrum Access System) to a managed content delivery network that includes one or more wireless access nodes (e.g., CBSDs and APs) in data communication with a controller. In one variant, the controller dynamically allocates (i) spectrum within the area or venue within CBRS bands, and (ii) MSO users or subscribers to CBRS bands or WLAN (e.g., public ISM) bands in to manage interference between the coexisting networks, and maximize user experience. In another variant, the controller cooperates with a provisioning server to implement a client device application program or “app” on MSO user or subscriber client devices which enables inter-RAT access.

Abstract: Wireless communications for random access procedures are described. A wireless device may send one or more messages as part of a random access procedure. The wireless may re-send a first message of the one or more messages a redundancy value equal to zero if the random access procedure is a two-step random access procedure. The wireless may re-send the first message of the one or more messages the redundancy value equal to zero if the wireless device falls back to a four-step random access procedure.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a wafer level surface acoustic wave filter and a package method, the surface acoustic wave filter includes a wafer, an electrode layer, a supporting wall and a cover plate; wherein, the wafer includes a substrate layer and a piezoelectric thin film layer combined together by wafer bonding, the electrode layer is arranged on a surface of the piezoelectric thin film layer, the supporting wall surrounds between the piezoelectric thin film layer and the cover plate to form a sealed cavity; and the cover plate includes at least a first material layer, which uses the same material as the substrate layer.
Abstract: The present application describes providing an attestation level to a received communication. The attestation level may be used to communicate a level of security to a network or a called party that receives the communication. The attestation level associated with the communication may indicate to a destination network and/or recipient that the phone number associated with the communication is secure and/or the telephone number has not been spoofed.

Abstract: A communications device transmits data in preconfigured resources of an uplink of a wireless communications network by performing a procedure to determine whether the communications device can transmit signals in the preconfigured resources of the uplink, and if the communications device determines that it can transmit signals in the preconfigured resources, transmitting signals representing the data in the preconfigured resources. The procedure to determine whether the communications device can transmit signals in the preconfigured resources of the uplink includes a transmission parameter confirmation procedure which confirms that a value of one or more transmission parameters to be used for transmitting the signals representing the data can be used for the signals representing the data to be detected by an infrastructure equipment of the wireless communications network.

Abstract: A secure keyboard resource executed in a network device detects a user input, and generates a user input data structure representing the user input relative to input options presented to the user, the user input data structure based on the secure keyboard resource identifying a position of the user input relative to the input options. The secure keyboard resource sends the user input data structure to one or more executable destination resources, having requested supply of the user input data structure responsive to a user selection, only via a corresponding data path providing the destination resource with access to the user input data structure, for execution of a service by the one or more executable destination resources based on the user input data structure. The secure keyboard resource thus minimizes spying by limiting access of the user input data structure to the destination resource via the data path.
