Abstract: A resource configuration method includes: obtaining resource configuration information of a semi-persistent resource, where the resource configuration information includes identification information of a plurality of transmission carriers and resource allocation information corresponding to identification information of each transmission carrier; and determining, based on the resource configuration information of the semi-persistent resource, at least one of information about a resource position available for the transmission carrier in each resource period or a HARQ process serial number available for the transmission carrier in each resource period.
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a power-saving signal transmission method, a power-saving signal reception method, a base station and a terminal. The power-saving signal transmission method includes: configuring, by a base station, a power-saving mode of a terminal, the power-saving mode including a power consumption mode and/or a power-saving signal transmission and reception mode of the terminal; and transmitting, by the base station, a power-saving signal to the terminal in accordance with the power-saving mode of the terminal.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method and device for narrowband mobile communication in wireless communication. The base station transmits first information, wherein the first information comprises a first power value and a first coefficient. The product of the first power value and the first coefficient is used to determine the transmission power of the first wireless signal. The transmitter of the first wireless signal is a first node. The present disclosure enables the transmitting UE to have a lower transmission power to ensure the receiving performance of the relay UE. In addition, the present disclosure can simultaneously reduce interference of data reception for the conventional UE on the base station side, thereby improving overall system performance.

Abstract: A data communication system delivers voice-conferencing and video-conferencing to User Equipment (UE). A wireless communication network establishes a signaling bearer between the UE and an Internet Protocol Multimedia Subsystem (IMS). The IMS initiates a video-conference bearer for the UE over the wireless communication network. The wireless communication network exchanges video data over the video-conference bearer using Carrier Aggregation (CA). In response to a UE handover to a target wireless access node, the wireless communication network signals the IMS to convert the video-conference bearer into a voice-conference bearer based on Carrier Aggregation (CA) technology at the target wireless access node. The IMS initiates a voice-conference bearer for the UE over the wireless communication network. The wireless communication network exchanges voice data over the voice-conference bearer.

Abstract: A method includes selecting a block size, via a processor of a communications system, and identifying a set of constellation points of a constellation diagram, based on a received set of bits and the constellation diagram. Abstract: A mobile terminal and an implementation method for bandwidth extension to the LTE band B42 is provided. The mobile terminal includes: an RF circuit configured to incorporate LTE downlink three-carrier technology in a 1.7 to 2.7 GHz band, a 4*4 multi-mode multi-band antenna, and a 256 QAM encoding scheme; a B42 transmitting path and a receiving path is located on the RF circuit. The B42 transmitting path comprises a B42 RF power amplifier and a B42 power coupler, which are connected to a transmission terminal of a primary antenna on the RF circuit. The receiving path comprises a B42 transceiving filter and a diplexer that are connected to four antennas of the RF circuit.
Abstract: The disclosure provides a method and a device in a User Equipment (UE) and base station for wireless communication. In one embodiment, the user equipment performs a first listening in a first time domain resource of a first frequency domain resource, transmits a second wireless signal in a second time domain resource of the first frequency domain resource, performs a first supplementary listening in a third time domain resource of the first frequency domain resource, and transmits a first wireless signal in a fourth time domain resource of the first frequency domain resource; wherein the first supplementary listening includes decrementing a first counter based on the first listening. This disclosure can increase the transmission opportunity, thereby improving transmission efficiency and spectrum utilization.
