Abstract: A method for automatically saving an unknown number in a mobile phone includes comparing a telephone number being answered or dialed with numbers in an address book, and determines whether the telephone number is an unknown number. If yes, conversation content is monitored, and keywords of the conversation content are extracted after the call is successfully connected. After the call ends, a user is prompted whether to save, if yes, the keywords are arranged in order for the user to select.

Abstract: Methods and systems are disclosed for enhancing the security of a user device such as a voice command device. A computing device associated with the user device may be configured to receive an indication of a trigger, such as a predetermined word or passcode. In response to receiving the indication of the trigger, the computing device may be configured to determine a verification signal marker and to cause transmission of the verification signal marker. The computing device may receive an audio input comprising a voice command and a detected signal marker and verify the voice command based on a comparison of the detected signal marker and the verification signal marker. In response to the verifying the voice command, the computing device may be configured to cause execution of an operation associated with the voice command such as tuning to a specific channel on a nearby set-top box.
Abstract: A client device, e.g., a smartphone including a web browser, requests a call authorization token from a web server, e.g., a web page server. The web server, acting on behalf of a company, whose web page is hosted and whose phone corresponds to the called party, screens incoming requests and decides whether or not to issue an authorization token, e.g., a signed token including an encrypted portion. The web server issues a call authorization token and communicate the issued token to the client device. The client device includes the received issued call authorization token in a signal, e.g., a SIP INVITE signal, which it generates and sends to a session border controller (SBC). The session border controller processes the received authorization token and checks the authorization token to validate the received token. The SBC establishes a communications session if the received token passes the validation check.

Abstract: A claim valuation engine is provided. The claim valuation engine enables a healthcare provider to accurately value an expected reimbursement of a claim from a payer based on a contract between the healthcare provider and the payer. Contract terms, code sets, fee schedules, and other valuation data is input into the engine. The engine receives a claim from a healthcare provider information system, locates a contract applicable for valuing the claim, correlates the claim attributes with the contract terms according to a hierarchy, and determines an expected reimbursement for each claim attribute or group of attributes. The claim valuation engine is further operable to determine contractual allowances, determine under and overpayments by validating remittances, and to simulate valuation of a contract by valuing a claim based on multiple sets of contract terms. The engine is further operable to generate output reports and post results to the healthcare provider information system.
Abstract: A base station may send, to a wireless device, control channel configuration information indicating various aspects of a control channel (e.g., radio resources, subframes, etc.) that may be used for data communications between the base station and wireless device.
Abstract: Techniques are described for reducing shared cache memory requests in a multi-threaded microprocessor-based system. One method includes receiving a request for data from a thread, identifying that the request correlates with a pending request associated with a different thread, combining the request with the pending request based on the identifying, and receiving the data after the combining, the receiving being based on the pending request. In some examples, the request may be associated with an address of a cache line in a cache memory.
Abstract: A telecommunications service provider's real time analysis system analyzes communications data to detect potentially fraudulent communications data, where the analysis is performed in real time in the routing path of the communications data. The communications data may include calls (e.g., SS7, VoIP, etc. based calls) and messages (e.g., SMS, MMS, etc.). The real time analysis system rejects potentially fraudulent communications data and non-fraudulent communications data in order to be used in real time in the routing path of the communications data. A rejection by the real time analysis system may cause non-fraudulent communications data to still be sent to the intended destination of the communications data. The real time analysis system can be in the routing path of the communications data without further routing non-fraudulent communications data traffic to the next appropriate hop in the routing path.

Abstract: A wireless device receives one or more radio resource control (RRC) messages comprising configuration parameters for a first licensed assisted access (LAA) cell and a second LAA cell. The wireless device selectively monitors, in a first subframe, a downlink physical control channel (PDCCH) on a first LAA cell, depending on whether there is an uplink transmission in the first subframe on the second LAA cell.
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed that enable predictive device mobility session management in a wireless network. A wireless communications network is able to maintain IP session continuity as a wireless device roams among wireless access points of the communications network by ensuring that the wireless device maintains communications with its home wireless access gateway.
Abstract: Frequency independent isolation of duplexed ports in distributed antenna systems (DASs) is disclosed. Instead of providing a duplexer in a DAS that provides frequency dependent separation between downlink and uplink communications signals, an isolation circuit is provided. The isolation circuit is coupled to a duplexed port that provides downlink communications signals to the DAS and receives uplink communications signals from the DAS. To isolate uplink communications signals from the downlink communications path, the isolation circuit includes a directional coupler. The directional coupler provides frequency independent isolation between uplink communications signals and a downlink communications path in the DAS. Further, to isolate downlink communications signals from the uplink communications path, the isolation circuit includes at least one circulator isolator.
Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method and device in user equipment and a base station for wireless communication. The base station equipment sequentially generates a first information block, performs first channel coding and transmits a first radio signal, wherein the first information block includes bits in a first sub-information block, the first information block is used to generate L check bits, the first information block and the L check bits are sequentially mapped into the first bit block after being interleaved, the first bit block is used as an input of the first channel coding, the value of the first sub-information-block is related to the Q, the positions of the bits in the first sub-information-block in the first bit block are prior to the check bit whose position is front-most among the L check bits in the first bit block.
