  • Patent number: 11884421
Abstract: A UAV launch system including a launch rack mounted at altitude, and housing one or more UAVs, and a ground station. The ground station may activate the UAVs for a high-altitude launch. In a further aspect, the UAVs are configured for a stationary, high-altitude launch, without low altitude launch features. Launching a UAV from a high-altitude (greater than about 30 meters or 100 feet) fixed location like an Aerostat or tall building allows the designer to eliminate much of the functionality required for launching the UAV from low altitude as well as ignore the aerodynamics required to support launch (e.g. near-stall) flight conditions.

  • Patent number: 11889011
Abstract: Methods and systems are described herein for manipulating a communication acceptance screen, manipulating an interactive communication acceptance icon, and restricting access to accounts based on voice communication parameters. In particular, when a communication is detected from one device to another device, that communication may be risky. Thus, the risk is mitigated by giving a user information about the source of the communication to give a user a chance to reject the communication. In addition, in instances where the user accepts the communication, the system enables monitoring the communication and restricting any accounts that are disclosed within the communication.

  • Patent number: 11889471
Abstract: A core network node of a first public land mobile network (PLMN) receives, from a wireless device, a requested international mobile subscriber identity (IMSI) offset value for offsetting an IMSI of the wireless device. The core network node transmits, to the wireless device, an accepted IMSI offset value for offsetting the IMSI of the wireless device. First paging occasions of the first PLMN are derived using an alternative IMSI. The alternative IMSI is determined based on a sum of the IMSI of the wireless device and the accepted IMSI offset value.

  • Patent number: 11884268
Abstract: Methods for planning a trajectory for an autonomous vehicle are disclosed. A vehicle motion planning system will determine a reference curve that represents a path via which the vehicle may travel. The system will detect an actor that is moving in the environment. The system will segment the reference curve according to time intervals. For each of the time intervals, the system will identify a bounding geometry for the actor, predict a lateral offset distance between the reference curve and the actor, and use the predicted lateral offset distance to determine whether to alter a planned trajectory for the autonomous vehicle.
