Abstract: Techniques performed by a data processing system for predicting availability of a user include receiving, from a first computing device over a network connection, a first request for predicted availability of a first user to participate in an online communication session, wherein the first request includes an identifier associated with the first user and a time period for the predicted availability of the user, in response to receiving the first request, determining a first predicted availability of the first user over the predicted time period using a first machine learning model trained with user information from a plurality of data sources, the user information being indicative of when the user is likely to be available to participate in the online communication session, and sending, to the first computing device over the network connection, availability information including the first predicted availability of the first user.

Abstract: The present invention generally relates to an anchoring and sealing tool. In one aspect, downhole tool for use in a wellbore is provided. The tool includes a tubular having a tapered outer surface. The tool further includes an expandable annular member disposed on the tubular. The expandable member has an anchor portion. The tool further includes a seal member disposed in a groove of the expandable annular member. The seal member has one or more anti-extrusion bands, wherein the seal member and the anchor portion are configured to be expandable radially outward into contact with the wellbore as the expandable annular member moves along the tapered outer surface of the tubular.

Abstract: A three-dimensional memory device includes an alternating stack of insulating layers and electrically conductive layers located over a substrate and memory stack structures extending through the alternating stack. Each of the electrically conductive layers includes a stack of a compositionally graded diffusion barrier and a metal fill material portion, and the compositionally graded diffusion barrier includes a substantially amorphous region contacting the interface between the compositionally graded diffusion barrier and a substantially crystalline region that is spaced from the interface by the amorphous region. The substantially crystalline region effectively blocks atomic diffusion, and the amorphous region induces formation of large grains during deposition of the metal fill material portions.

A first insulator is formed along at least a portion of sidewalls of each active trench. A perimeter termination trench is formed that surrounds the active region. The perimeter termination trench is formed having a first sidewall that is adjacent the active region and a second sidewall that is opposite the first sidewall. An insulator is formed along the second sidewall that has a thickness is greater than an insulator that is formed along the first sidewall.

The processor presents the template combined with the electronic photo to the user only if the design element of the template does not overlap the face in the electronic photo. Multiple templates are compared to the electronic photo, and the templates are displayed based on a priority using criteria.
