Abstract: A ground working system having at least one self-driving ground working device, wherein the ground working device has a drive, a control unit and an in-device battery for supplying energy to the ground working device. An operating region (A) determined by an edge boundary is provided for the ground working device, wherein the ground working device travels over an operating path (W) determined by the control unit within the operating region (A). In order to meet requirements for a differing working intensity of specific regions of an area, it is provided to predetermine at least one intensive limit, an intensive limit in each case demarcating an intensive region (B). The ground working device in an intensive mode works the intensive region (B) with preference.
Abstract: The invention relates to an electrical work apparatus including an apparatus housing having an electric motor for driving a work tool, a control unit for putting the electric motor into operation, a handle housing having at least one handle for guiding the work apparatus, and a receiving cavity, realized in the handle housing, having an insertion opening for a battery pack for operating the electric motor. For the purpose of decoupling the battery pack in respect of vibration, the handle housing, together with the receiving cavity for the battery pack, is decoupled from the apparatus housing via one and the same antivibration element. A vibration gap is realized between the apparatus housing and the handle housing, wherein the antivibration element at least partly bridges the vibration gap.

Abstract: A ground working system includes at least one self-driving ground working device having a drive, a control unit and a battery. An operating region is determined by a boundary wire, wherein the ground working device travels over a traveling path determined by the control unit in the operating region. Connected to the boundary wire is a first base station, which transmits a signal on the boundary wire. The electromagnetic field of the signal induces a reception signal in the reception coil of the ground working device. The reception signal is processed in the control unit. In order to make a stable signal available over the entire length of the boundary wire, it is provided that the boundary wire is electrically connected to a further base station configured as a repeater, which receives the signal transmitted by the first base station, processes it and passes it on.

Abstract: An elastic connecting support for arrangement between a combustion engine and an air filter of a handheld work apparatus is disclosed. The connecting support has a first channel for largely fuel-free air and a second channel for a fuel/air mixture. The connecting support is realized as a single piece, and has, on a first side, an engine connecting flange, at which the first and second channel end, for connection to the combustion engine. The first channel has a first peripheral wall and the second channel has a second peripheral wall. The first peripheral wall and the second peripheral wall are arranged at a distance in relation to each other in a longitudinal section of the connecting support. The channels extend from the first side to a second side of the connecting support. On the second side, the first channel and the second channel end at a common connecting flange.

Abstract: A starting device for a combustion engine includes a housing relative to which a rope pulley, a spring housing and an entrainer can rotate about a rotation axis. A coupling unit produces a rotationally-fixed connection between the rope pulley and the spring housing in response to a rotational movement of the rope pulley in a starting direction. The spring housing has a spring receiving space for a tension spring and is connected to an entrainer by the spring. The coupling unit has a first coupling element and a second coupling element, which interact at a contact location which is at a spacing (d) to the rotation axis and is at least as large as the maximum spacing (c) of the tension spring to the rotation axis.
Abstract: A handheld work apparatus has a blower wheel. The blower wheel is held via a nut on the shaft in a manner locked against rotation by frictional force. A thread moment of friction is transmittable between the nut and the shaft via a thread section. A first moment of friction is transmittable between the nut and the blower wheel via a first friction contact surface. The first friction contact surface is configured such that, at a minimum tightening torque of the nut, the first moment of friction is greater than the thread moment of friction. As a result, during the operation of the work apparatus when there is a relative movement between the blower wheel and the shaft, the blower wheel moves the nut along therewith. The nut retensions the blower wheel against the shaft. The second friction contact surface runs conically with respect to the rotational axis.
