Abstract: Methods and systems for personalized health plan are disclosed. The methods and systems determine a body system hierarchy corresponding to the patient that identifies elements of the patient's body and the associated functions of the elements, retrieve from a database of failures corresponding to the functions, determine risk factors of the patient for diseases corresponding the failures of the functions, select predetermined courses of action applicable to the plurality of diseases based on the determined cumulative risk, and provide a report including the selected courses of action for the patient.
