    Abstract: A medical stand for use during anesthesia procedures, comprising a tray, a clamp to be connected to a fixed support, wherein upper and lower jaws of the clamp include circular and rectangular slots for grasping and securing the clamp to various types of stationary objects, and wherein jaws of the clamp pass by each other in a fully closed position, and flexible pole having a first end connected to a releasable connector on the bottom of the tray and a second end opposing the first end connected to the clamp.
