    Abstract: A strainer for paint, or other liquid products, used for treating or finishing a surface. The strainer including a screen which is secured to a body having an open top, an open bottom and a sidewall. The screen being secured across the open bottom of the body to separate lumps and foreign matter from the paint. The body independently suspends the screen within the paint creating a reservoir of strained paint.
