The invention further relates to methods for the identification of compounds that modulate the expression of angiogenesis-related genes and gene products and to using such compounds as therapeutic agents in the treatment of angiogenesis-related disorders. The invention also relates to methods for the diagnostic evaluation, genetic testing and prognosis of angiogenesis-related disorders, and to methods and compositions for the treatment these disorders.
