The encapsulant encapsulates the wireless RF module and the display, wherein the display is exposed form the encapsulant. The bar code is located at the encapsulant. A setting module pairs the bar code and the wireless RF module according to a barcode identification signal and a RF identification signal, such that the wireless RF module and the barcode together correspond to the same product.
