The screw shaft includes a blade for driving a dough material toward the discharge opening located at the front side to be discharged through the ejection nozzle. At least one assisting screw is arranged, in combination with a bearing, to be parallel with the screw shaft in the dough handling space. The assisting screw includes at least one helical blade, which is rotatable to drive the dough material in a direction opposite to the direction of the dough material driven by the screw shaft and also to drive the dough material toward the screw shaft in a radial direction of the screw shaft.

    Abstract: A stuffing and molding mechanism of a dough food product processing machine includes a stationary structure inside which first and second mold rollers are arranged. At least one demolding rotary disc includes a disc body formed with a shaft hole by which a retention key is provided. The demolding rotary disc is fit to an end of a molding cutter of one of the mold rollers by means of the shaft hole for synchronous rotation therewith. At least one demolding pawl is raised from one side of the disc body that is adjacent to the molding cutter. A tubular dough skin filled with stuffing is supplied between the two molding cutters to be pressed and cut and then sealed to form a dumpling. Demolding of the dumpling is achieved by having the demolding pawl that is provided on the demolding rotary disc contact and push one side of the dumpling.

The passages are in communication with each other and are connected to a gas supply unit, so that air flow is introduced into a dough skin during the dough skin being shaped to prevent the dough skin from wrinkling and collapsing before being properly shaped.

    Abstract: A dough preparation machine includes a power unit, which drives, through rotational speed mechanism, a helical screw shaft that extends into a dough chamber so that the dough is compressed and pushed through rotation of the helical screw shaft to be discharged out of a jet nozzle mounted to the dough chamber. The dough chamber is provided, at a location above the helical screw shaft, with an auxiliary dough driver, which includes two movable blades that are opposite to each other and are selectively extendable outward and retractable inward. When one of the movable blades passes through a circular sidewall of dough chamber, it is pressed by the sidewall to get retracted inwardly and at the same time causing another one of the movable blades to extend outward to knead and poke dough. This process is cyclically repeated to efficiently knead the dough and prevent attachment of the dough.

    Abstract: The dumpling wrapping device contains a filling provision member, two wrapping members, and two shaping members. The filling provision member distributes dumpling fillings to feed two production lines of dumplings, each involving a wrapping member and a shaping member. Two pairs of rotors in the filling provision member drives dumpling fillings towards the wrapping members through two tubes. The wrapping members wrap the dumpling fillings from the tubes with dough. The dough wrapped fillings are pressed by the shaping members into dumplings of desired shape and size. Positioning members are configured under the shaping members so that the shaping members can be conveniently replaced and cleaned.

    Abstract: A direction change device for conveyance of dough includes a material conveyance platform that includes a table that is covered by a conveyance belt. Guide slots are formed in the table and are not completely covered by the conveyance belt. A swivel unit is provided under the material conveyance platform and includes two power sources that respectively provide reciprocal rotation of a predetermined angle and upward extension and backward contraction. The power source for extension and contraction has an end to which push bars are mounted to correspond to the guide slots of the table. A press plate is arranged above the guide slots. A dough sheet, when moved through the table, can be pushed upward by the push bars of the swivel unit and clamped and held by the press plate for subsequent rotation by an angle and then further proceeding forward for a subsequent operation of stuffing.
