    Abstract: Dynamic wheel balancing is achieved at low (1-3 RPS) rotating velocity by mounting the wheel for rotation on a frame which is pivotally supported for any rotation caused by wheel unbalance. A transducer senses any frame movement and electrical signals corresponding to the maximum amplitude is produced by the transducer which signals are converted to indications of the amount of weight needed to balance the wheel and the location thereof.
