Abstract: A water-abrasive suspension cutting facility includes a high-pressure source (3) for providing (301) water at a high pressure, a high-pressure conduit (5) which is connected to the high-pressure source (3), a pressure tank for providing (303) a water-abrasive agent suspension (13) which is at a high pressure, a lock chamber (21) which is designed to temporarily be at a high pressure and temporarily at a low pressure, and a filling valve (23) for filling (311) the lock chamber when this is at a low pressure. A pump (31) at the suction side is fluid-connected to the lock chamber in a manner capable of being shut off, in a manner such that given high pressure in the lock chamber (21) the pump is shut off from this and given low pressure in the lock chamber (21) the pump is in the position of sucking an abrasive agent suspension through the filling valve (23) into the lock chamber (21).
Abstract: An abrasive suspension eroding system has an eroding unit (11), which can be lowered into an existing drilled hole (1), in order to generate a high-pressure erosion jet for the abrasive suspension eroding of material (6, 20) in an existing drilled hole (1). The eroding unit (11) can be connected to a drilling fluid line (9) and is configured to generate a high-pressure erosion jet from a drilling fluid abrasive suspension device.
Abstract: A water-abrasive cutting system includes a cutting head (2) which includes a fixing device (16, 18, 20) for fixing the cutting head (2) on the wall to be cut as well as a nozzle head (10) disposed on the cutting head (2). At least one cutting nozzle (12), for an application of a cutting jet (14), is disposed in the cutting head (2). A cutting monitoring device (26) includes at least one hydrophone (30) and at least one further sensor. The cutting monitoring device (26) is configured to detect a complete penetration and/or cutting-through of the wall on the basis of the sensor signals of the hydrophone (30) and the at least one further sensor.
