Abstract: The present invention relates to an anti-theft device capable of engaging a middle portion of a steering wheel containing an air bag device. This device includes an air bag cover having a front portion, a first side portion and a second side portion. The first side portion and the second side portion both extend backward from the front portion. A stabilizing member for engaging a steering column and attached to the first side portion of the air bag cover. A bracket member attached to the air bag cover for securing the air bag cover to the steering wheel.
