Abstract: The present invention includes a furniture shelf support bracket for supporting a furniture shelf and connecting it to a vertical furniture member such as, for example, a cylindrical vertical tube. In a preferred embodiment, the support bracket includes a semicylindrical cuff with an inner surface for engaging the vertical tube and an outer surface from which a platform projects for engaging a bottom surface of the shelf. A pair of alignment ridges are positioned on an upper surface of and extends along the platform, and a lip extending from a marginal edge of the outer surface of the cuff for engaging a top surface and side edge of the shelf. The alignment ridges fit within an alignment slot in the bottom surface of the shelf and engage a clamping plate set into a clamping slot that intersects and is transverse to the alignment slot.
Abstract: A support surface or deck (12), and in particular the upper-most support platform (20), of a traveler or cart (10) securely transports television monitors, audio-visual recording or playback equipment, projectors, or other heavy or bulky articles (14). The support surface includes an adjustable safety strap (20) secured to slidable and lockable anchoring devices (24) in a guide channel (26) recessed in a groove (28) in the support surface. The top surface (34) of the guide channel is flush with the deck. A pair of safety strap anchoring devices (24) enter and slide along the length of the guide channel. Each anchoring device is attached to an opposing end (22) of the safety strap which is looped over to secure or harness the article being transported. Each anchor has a set screw (44) for immobilizing the anchor at any desired position within the guide channel and an eyelet (38) with stem (40) for cinching one end of the safety strap thereto with a single bar slide (54).
Abstract: An adjustable support allows a computer terminal or display device to be conveniently positioned above a desk. The support includes a platform for holding the terminal and a pivotally connected linkage assembly comprising proximal and distal arms for vertically and horizontally positioning the platform, the distal arm having the platform mounted thereon. The proximal arm comprises a set of members forming an articulated parallelogram structure, the proximal end of which is rotatable about a vertical post clamped to the desk. The vertical position of the terminal may be adjusted by changing the shape of the articulated parallelogram structure through operation of a lever coupling members of the articulated parallelogram. As the shape of the parallelogram structure changes, the elevation of the distal end of the proximal arm changes which in turn affects the vertical position of the platform and display device.

Abstract: A platform supporting an electronic device above a work surface, the platform being mounted on a carrier or trolley that is movable between two or more work stations on an elongate base having a track on which the trolley travels. The platform is attached to the trolley by a mounting head that provides tilt and rotation of the platform, and the height of the base above the work surface is adjustable.
