Abstract: In a method for tracking an offender in possession of a first offender cellular telephone that includes a global positioning system module and for presenting tracking information about first offender to an officer employing an officer communication device, a voiceprint from the first offender is stored on the tangible memory storage device at a server. A set of predetermined location criteria is generated for the first offender. Location data from the cellular telephone are received at the server and include an indication of a location of the telephone. Offender voice sample data are compared to the voiceprint. An alert is generated when the voice sample fails to match the voiceprint. The offender's location is compared to location criteria for the offender and an alert is generated when the location is inconsistent with predetermined location criteria. The alert is transmitted to the officer communication device.

Abstract: A smart phone used by an end user includes a positioning circuit; a computer readable memory; and an app resident on the computer readable memory. The app is configured to cause the positioning circuit periodically to determine a preferred location of the smart phone and transmit the preferred location to a remote server via a network. The app executes a plurality of local rules based on the preferred location and receives location-specific content that is selected based on the preferred location from the server via the network. The location-specific content is presented to the end user. A software development kit for generating a smart phone app facilitates quick app generation.

Abstract: An integrated, multi-function management system and method that allows criminal justice professionals and criminal justice agencies to enhance the efficiency and quality of their operations. The method includes a unique framework of one or more agency customized protocols that guides and assists the process by which criminal justice professionals carry out their supervision responsibilities for the offender caseload. The method further includes case configuration for individual offenders, infraction handling for individual or groups of infractions, sanction/response handling using multiple factors to determine if a subject should have their case conditions change, case review information that uses business rules to draw attention to important matters, and alert/report processing that assures that the right individuals are notified of case status changes so that they can act in a timely way.
