Abstract: Techniques for dynamically and remotely generating a business intelligence cube from an impact-on-demand or mapping system include an intelligence cube module configured to receive a user indication of a client portfolio stored at a remote mapping system. The module may receive user selections of cube dimensions and boundaries of the client portfolio for inclusion in a draft business intelligence cube definition. The module may validate the selected dimensions and boundaries, determine the presence of any anomalies, and in some cases, automatically modifying the draft to resolve the anomalies. A validated, approved cube definition may be delivered to the mapping system for storage. The mapping system may, in real-time and based on a user request, populate the cube definition with a selected dataset and return the populated business intelligence cube for analysis and utilization in reports and other business intelligence tools.

Abstract: In a preferred embodiment, a system for securely delivering source data to a destination system over a network includes a data manager system operatively connected to the network, where the data manager system includes circuitry configured to receive a public key from the destination system, generate a random session key, encrypt the session key with the public key using a public key cryptosystem, divide the source data into a number of chunks, compress each of the chunks, merge all of the compressed chunks into an assembled file, encrypt the assembled file with the session key using a symmetric-key cryptosystem, divide the encrypted assembled file into a number of parts, send each of the parts to the destination system over the network, and send the encrypted session key to the destination system over the network.

Abstract: Techniques for dynamic delivery of client-indicated source data to an impact-on-demand or mapping system include a dynamic data delivery module configured to automatically transform the source data into a format that is compatible with the mapping system, validate at least a portion of the source data, and cause the transformed, validated source data to be delivered to the mapping system for storage in a client portfolio. The mapping system may, in real-time, map the client portfolio with impact events to determine risk exposure. The transformation may be based on one or more rules corresponding to the mapping system, and multiple original source data formats may be automatically transformed into the target format. The dynamic data delivery module may automatically correct or adjust source data contents or format to mitigate any anomalies or errors discovered during the transformation and/or validation processes.

Abstract: Risk organizing and tracking systems are provided. Users may enter risks relevant to a business entity and associate one or more parameters. The parameters may be chosen from a default list or created by a user. A risk scoring algorithm may also be selected or provided. Scores for the risks may then be generated using the risk scoring algorithm.

Abstract: A catastrophic hazard protection (CHP) mortgage may be provided on real property or structure(s) on the real property of a owner. The CHP mortgage may be structured to include financial protection in the event that one or more structures of the real property is damaged by a catastrophe such as a hurricane or earthquake. The owner may pay an increased interest rate on the CHP mortgage. If catastrophe damage occurs, the principal amount of the CHP mortgage may be reduced by the lesser of the value of the damage or the principal balance. Alternatively, the owner may receive a payment equivalent to the lesser of the value of the damage or the principal balance. A CHP mortgage may be implemented electronically. Additionally, catastrophic hazard protection may be added onto an existing mortgage.
