    Abstract: A tactile positioning device includes a film attached to a touch surface of a portable electronic device. The film includes at least a first tactile unit used as a positioning reference point of a key on the touch surface, and at least a second tactile unit being a linear tactile unit for defining an operating route or an operating range. The tactile feedbacks provided by the first tactile unit and the second tactile unit enable a user to sense a position of the key which is positioned by the first tactile unit and the operating route or the operating range defined by the second tactile unit, so as to operate the portable electronic device without having to look at the touch surface.

If it is determined the user of the second storage device is to modify the target file, a file access expediting operation on the target file is performed and a file access notice signal is issued to the user of the first storage device to expedite the retrieval of the target file.

The male connector includes a body and two second power pins. Both sides of the body have a side groove, and the side groove has an external sidewall. The sidewall includes a notch for exposing an end of the second power pin, and another end of the second power pin is extended out of the body. When the male and female connectors are connected, the second and first power pins constitute an electric connection for transmitting electric power.

The controller is configured to determine, upon receipt of a command that contains a target logical block address therein, a selected one of the flash memories according to the target logical block address, and to locate a selected one of the physical block addresses by searching one of the mapping tables that corresponds to the selected one of the flash memories with reference to the target logical block address.

    Abstract: A dynamic radon access memory (DRAM) module includes a printed circuit board, a number of DRAM units, a number of flash memory units, a number connecting pins and an interface controller. The DRAM units and the flash memory units are distributed on the printed circuit board. The connecting pins are formed at an edge of the printed circuit board. The interface controller is electrically connected to the flash memory units and a portion of the connecting pins, wherein each of the interface controller provides at least one serial interface between the flash memory units and the portion of connecting pins thereby enabling data transmission through the portion of connecting pins in at least one serial mode. The flash memory units integrally constitute a flash disk drive in the DRAM module. Therefore, frequently installation and uninstallation of the flash memory drive can be avoided. A motherboard assembly including the aforementioned DRAM module can be developed.
