Abstract: An engage device for a tool seat of a rotary tool turret includes an engage block mounted into the rotary tool turret for positioning the tool seat. A bolt extends through the engage block and is screwed into the rotary tool turret for holding the engage block in place and making the engage block securely abutting the tool seat. A locking member is mounted to the engage block to prevent the bolt from detaching from the engage block.

Abstract: A planetary gear device includes a housing having a chamber for receiving lubricating member and having an internal gear, a carrier rotatably received in the chamber of the housing and having an output shaft and having a number of openings for rotatably receiving planet pinions. The planet pinions are engaged with the internal gear of the housing, and each includes a bore for receiving an axle, and a number of rollers received between the planet pinion and the axle to act as a bearing device for smoothly attaching the planet pinions on the axles. The planet pinions each has one or two side portions each having one or more slots for filling the lubricating member into the bore of the planet pinion.

Abstract: In a gearbox device, a housing is formed with a hole-confining wall portion. A shaft is mounted rotatably in the hole-confining wall portions. An oil seal unit is mounted in the housing to provide a liquid tight seal between the shaft and the hole-confining wall portion. The oil seal unit includes an annular rubber seal member and an annular ceramic member. The ceramic member is disposed radially and inwardly of the rubber seal member and is in contact with the rubber seal member. The ceramic member disposed in the rubber seal member is sleeved on and is fixed to the shaft. The rubber seal member disposed outwardly of the ceramic member is fixed to the hole-confining wall portion.

Abstract: A planetary gear device includes a bearing member mounted on an inner coupling annular wall surface of a planet carrier to support rotatably a force transmitting member relative to the planet carrier in an accommodating chamber of a mounting frame. A sun wheel member of the force transmitting member meshes with a plurality of planet wheel members which mesh in turn with an inner annular toothed portion of the mounting frame so as to reduce speed of an output shaft of a motor that is coupled with a tubular coupling portion of the force transmitting member. With such an arrangement, accurate alignment of the sun wheel member with the planet carrier can be maintained.
