Abstract: A method for extracting and realizing from a non-structured or semi-structured textual source a Knowledge Base for chatbot having the phases of applying a process to the textual source is provided. The process has at least the phase of automatically finding “question” nodes in the textual source, and the phase having the sub-phases of: generating a representative tree of text nodes present in the textual source, extracting, by way of heuristics and/or a predictive model, certain features in the text node as the more recurring features and selectively attributing to the text nodes that comprise the most recurring characteristics, the “question” node feature, regardless of the fact that the text nodes have a question mark “?” among the extracted features. The invention also refers to a system arranged to implement the method.
