Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer program products, for presenting user interface elements. A first page of one or more user interface elements is presented on a touch-sensitive display. Each of the user interface elements corresponds to a respective application. A gesture performed on the touch-sensitive display is detected. In response to the detected gesture, a second page of one or more user interface elements is presented on the touch-sensitive display.

Abstract: A head-mounted device may have a head-mounted housing. Optical components may be supported by the head-mounted housing. The optical components may include cameras such as front-facing cameras and/or movable optical modules that have displays for displaying images to eye boxes. Sensors may be provided in the head-mounted device to detect changes in orientation between respective optical modules, between respective portions of a chassis, display cover layer, or other head-mounted support structure in the housing, between optical components such as cameras, and/or between optical components and housing structures. Information from these sensors can be used to measure image misalignment such as image misalignment associated with misaligned cameras or misalignment between optical module images and corresponding eye boxes.
Abstract: One implementation involves a device receiving a stream of pixel events output by an event camera. The device derives an input image by accumulating pixel events for multiple event camera pixels. The device generates a gaze characteristic using the derived input image as input to a neural network trained to determine the gaze characteristic. The neural network is configured in multiple stages. The first stage of the neural network is configured to determine an initial gaze characteristic, e.g., an initial pupil center, using reduced resolution input(s). The second stage of the neural network is configured to determine adjustments to the initial gaze characteristic using location-focused input(s), e.g., using only a small input image centered around the initial pupil center. The determinations at each stage are thus efficiently made using relatively compact neural network configurations. The device tracks a gaze of the eye based on the gaze characteristic.
Abstract: Systems and methods of adjusting contention window size (CWS) in a LBT procedure for both UL and DL unlicensed spectrum transmissions are described. The UE makes a HARQ-ACK determination for at least one code block group (CBG) of a transport block (TB) in a reference burst from a base station, determines whether the HARQ-ACK determination for the CBG meets a predetermined number of NACKs, transmits to the base station a single bit HARQ-ACK feedback for the TB that is dependent on whether the predetermined number of NACKs has been met, and receives or determines the adjusted CWS and uses the adjusted CWS for communication with the base station.

Abstract: Embodiments described herein enable a user to bypass the use of one-time keys or account recovery codes by providing techniques for accessory assisted account recovery. In various embodiments, accessory assisted account recovery makes use of an accessory device of a user, where the accessory device can be any device having a secure processor, cryptographic engine, public key accelerator, or is otherwise able to accelerate cryptographic operations or perform cryptographic operations in a secure execution environment. An account recovery key can be split into multiple portions. At least one portion of the recovery key is then encrypted. The accessory device is then configured to be uniquely capable of decrypting the encrypted portion of an account recovery key.

Abstract: A watch having electrodes for physiological measurements is disclosed. The watch can be provided with an enclosure configured to couple to a wristband. An electrode can be disposed on the enclosure. Processing circuitry can be disposed in the enclosure and configured to use the electrode to obtain multiple types of physiological measurements.
Abstract: Disclosed herein are devices and methods of using a mobile or wearable device for the acquisition and spatial filtering of ECG signals from an electrode array. One variation of a mobile or wearable device comprises an array of electrodes, one or more reference electrodes, and a controller in communication with the electrodes. In one example, the one or more reference electrodes are located on a wrist-worn device (e.g., a watch), and the electrode array is located on an accessory device that may be contacted with a fingertip. One variation of a spatial filtering method comprises identifying the electrodes that have high levels of noise and excluding the ECG signals from those electrodes from further analyses. In another variation, a method of spatial filtering comprises identifying electrodes with low levels of noise and including only the ECG signals from those electrodes in further analyses.

Abstract: The first circuitry may be operable to establish a first UE Receive (Rx) beam as being for reception of data from a first eNB. The second circuitry may be operable to process a transmission including Downlink Control Information (DCI), wherein the DCI carries an eNB cell-switching indicator. The first circuitry may also be operable to establish a second UE Rx beam as being for reception of data from a second eNB based on the eNB cell-switching indicator.
Abstract: Embodiments relate to lateral chromatic aberration (LCA) recovery of raw image data generated by image sensors. A chromatic aberration recovery circuit performs chromatic aberration recovery on the raw image data to correct the resulting LCA in the full color images using pre-calculated offset values of a subset of colors of pixels.
Abstract: A first CSI-RS signal is received by user equipment through a first cell, and a second CSI-RS signal is received through a second cell. Respective QCL information can be available to determine a first Rx beam to measure the first CSI-RS signal and a second Rx beam to measure the second CSI-RS signal. In such a case, if the first CSI-RS signal and the second CSI-RS signal are fully overlapped, then the user equipment can i) alternate between measuring the first CSI-RS signal with the first Rx beam and measuring the second CSI-RS signal with the second Rx beam, or ii) measure only the first CSI-RS signal or the second CSI-RS signal. Other embodiments are described and claimed.

Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for a user equipment device (UE) to perform methods for Fifth Generation New Radio (5G NR) frequency range two (FR2) based communications beam management. The UE may configure, via communications with a base station, serving the UE, a group ID for PUCCH resources within a group of PUCCHs, e.g., for FR2 based communications. The UE may receive, from the base station, an update to one or more PUCCH resources within the group of PUCCHs via a medium access control (MAC) control element (CE) that may include one of a resource ID indicating an update to a PUCCH resource or the group ID to update the group of PUCCH resources. The UE may update, based on the MAC-CE, the one or more PUCCH resources within the group of PUCCHs.
Abstract: A user equipment may use a soft acknowledgment/negative-acknowledgement (ACK/NACK) report to indicate a number of desired repetitions for Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH). In some embodiments, the user equipment may generate a soft ACK/NACK report that includes multiple bits. The multiple bits may be coded to indicate to a network node whether an allocated number of repetitions was sufficient, redundant or insufficient, and how many more repetitions are needed or desire by the UE.

Abstract: Systems and processes for operating a digital assistant are provided. In an example process, low-latency operation of a digital assistant is provided. In this example, natural language processing, task flow processing, dialogue flow processing, speech synthesis, or any combination thereof can be at least partially performed while awaiting detection of a speech end-point condition. Upon detection of a speech end-point condition, results obtained from performing the operations can be presented to the user. In another example, robust operation of a digital assistant is provided. In this example, task flow processing by the digital assistant can include selecting a candidate task flow from a plurality of candidate task flows based on determined task flow scores. The task flow scores can be based on speech recognition confidence scores, intent confidence scores, flow parameter scores, or any combination thereof. The selected candidate task flow is executed and corresponding results presented to the user.

Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for facilitating disabling an alarm in response to particular types of activity-indicative data. More specifically, activity-indicative data (e.g., sensor data or input(s) can be detected prior to a preset alarm time. Upon determining, based on the activity-indicative data, that a wakefulness condition is satisfied (e.g., that the activity-indicative data corresponds to one or more predefined characteristics), a disablement query can be displayed that includes an option to disable the alarm. In response to detecting a selection of the option, the alarm can be disabled such that the alarm stimuli is not to be presented at the preset alarm time.
