Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for managing application data. An example method involves operating a management processor to receive an initial application data for an applicant; store the initial application data; generate an initial cryptographic hash based on the initial application data; generate a preview of a first application for the applicant based on the initial cryptographic hash; and receive subsequent application data for the applicant. The initial application data and the subsequent application data include data objects corresponding to one or more fields of the first application. The method further involves operating the processor to, for each subsequent application data, store the subsequent application data as a separate and distinct record; generate a subsequent cryptographic hash based on a current immediate prior cryptographic hash and the subsequent application data; and generate a preview of the first application based on the subsequent cryptographic hash.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for managing program application data. An example system includes a storage device; a communication component; and a processor in communication with the one or more storage devices and a plurality of computing devices via the communication component. The processor is operable to receive, from a computing device on behalf of an applicant, initial program application data for the applicant; and store the initial program application data on the one or more storage devices. The processor is further operable to receive an initialization indicator that at least one program application of one or more program applications is to be created; generate an initial program application data object for the at least one program application; store the initial program application data object on the one or more storage devices; and designate the initial program application data object as the reference program application data object for the at least one program application.

Abstract: A system receives application data to be used in requests made on behalf of an applicant to a selection of evaluator devices. The system includes a predictive model which predicts actual eligibility criteria for acceptance of a request by the evaluator devices, and is trained with a library of application data including previously evaluated requests and outcomes to the previously evaluated requests. The system compiles the application data into separate requests by synchronizing the application data and identifying a common core of data required by each selected evaluator device and compiling the common core of data along with particular requirements of individual evaluator devices. An applicant can thereby complete a multi-request application which generates requests to a plurality of evaluator devices and which avoids duplication of data storage and data transmission, and reduces effort required by the applicant. Implementations include students making applications for admission to academic institutions.
