Abstract: A method for providing an auxiliary response to a user of a primary service and a primary response to the user, the method comprising the steps of: receiving a request from the user, the request being in respect of the primary service, and comprising location information; determining the primary response, the primary response based on the location information and the primary service; determining the auxiliary response, the auxiliary response based on the location information; and communicating the primary response and the auxiliary response to the user, wherein the auxiliary response comprises information in respect of an auxiliary entity.
