  • Patent number: 11848565
Abstract: A wireless power transmitter includes a charging coil, an electronics housing, and a top side. The charging coil housing houses a charging coil and includes a top surface, wherein the charging coil wirelessly transmits power to a receiver placed on the top surface of the charging coil housing. The electronics housing houses one or more electronics and a fan. The top side is located adjacent to the electronics housing, wherein a top surface of the top side faces a bottom surface of the receiver. An intake cooling path is defined by a region between the bottom surface of the receiver and the top surface of the top side and an exhaust cooling path is located on a side of the charging coil housing opposite the intake cooling path and defined by a region between the receiver and the top surface of the top side.

  • Patent number: 11833629
Abstract: An automated clip application system for fitting clips in an automotive assembly line includes a cassette receiving station for receiving at least one cassette preloaded with a plurality of clips. The clips in the cassette are arranged in the same orientation. A dispensing opening dispenses clips from the cassette one at a time, and a robotic member is programmed to pick up the clips, one at a time, after they have been dispensed from the dispensing opening and fasten each clip in position in an automotive assembly.

  • Patent number: 11824319
Abstract: A coaxial electrical cable assembly includes a central conductor disposed within a shield conductor of the coaxial cable and a shield terminal having a tubular portion. The central conductor of the coaxial cable is disposed within the tubular portion. The tubular portion is disposed within the shield conductor of the coaxial cable. The coaxial electrical cable assembly also includes a first outer ferrule crimped that is around the shield conductor of the coaxial cable and forms a first seam. The coaxial electrical cable assembly further includes a second outer ferrule that is crimped around the first outer ferrule and forms a second seam. The first seam and the second seam are radially offset from one another.

  • Patent number: 11819951
Abstract: A resistance soldering system includes a power input receiving an alternating current from a power source and a controller circuit generating a control signal indicative of a desired power level delivered for a desired time. The resistance soldering system further includes a silicon-controlled rectifier connected to the power input and the controller circuit and producing a control voltage proportional to the control signal and a transformer having a primary side receiving the control voltage and a secondary side having output leads configured to apply an output voltage to a solder joint disposed between the output leads. The controller circuit determines the control signal applied to the silicon-controlled rectifier required to melt the solder joint based on the desired power level and the desired time. The controller circuit controls the desired power level independent of the desired time. A method of operating a resistance soldering system is also presented.
