Abstract: The invention provides the compound 5-chloro-4-hydroxy-1-methyl-2-oxo-N-phenyl-quinoline-3-carboxamide potassium salt. It is considered to have the structure of formula (I): The compound is provided in solid (eg crystalline or amorphous) or aqueous solution form. Pharmaceutical compositions comprising the compound are also provided. The compound finds use as a medicament, in particular for the treatment or prophylaxis of an inflammatory bowel disease.
