The closure (4) comprises a first bar (6, 8, 6a, 8a) secured to one edge and a second bar (6, 8, 6a, 8a) releasably connectable to the first with the edges clamped together to close the opening. The releasable connection is formed by at least one bayonet connector (20, 22, 30, 20a, 22a, 33a).
