Abstract: A power transmission and modulation control system may perform one or more operations including, but not limited to: receiving provider net energy availability data indicative of energy available from a power provider over a time interval; receiving end-user energy demand data indicating: an amount of energy to be provided to at least one powered device, and an end-time by which the amount of energy is to be provided to the at least one powered device; determining one or more time intervals over which the amount of energy to be provided to the at least one powered device can be allocated; and controlling a power regulator to provide the amount of energy to the at least one powered device over the selected time interval.
