Abstract: There is proposed a water fitting having a fitting housing, having a water outlet commonly assigned to at least two water inlets, wherein at least two parallelly guided water lines are provided between one or more water inlets and the common water outlet, and wherein, in the parallelly guided water lines, there is provided in each case one control element for opening and closing the water flow path, which water fitting can be used in a flexible manner for the greatest possible number of sanitary applications, for example in kitchens, bathrooms, swimming facilities, sauna facilities, toilet facilities, abattoirs or the like, both in (semi-) public and also private areas. This is achieved according to the invention in that, when a control element in one of the parallel water lines is open, the one or more further control elements in the one or more further parallel water lines are closed.

Abstract: A sanitary fitting having a fitting housing with a control unit having at least one control element which is preferably an electrically actuatable throughflow valve for controlling the water flow through at least one water line by closing and opening the water line which sanitary fitting can be maintained or repaired with particularly little effort particularly in applications where vandalism is a considerable concern. This is achieved by having an assembly cover, which can be released from the fitting main body and which covers at least one shut-off device in the fitting main body which has a second control element which serves for shutting off the water line in the fitting housing to provide access for maintenance and servicing.

Abstract: A sanitary fitting having a fitting housing with an electrical control unit for controlling the water flow through at least one water line which sanitary fitting can be maintained or repaired with particularly little effort particularly in applications involving vandalism. This is achieved by having a fitting housing that can be firmly fixed at the installation site with an assembly cover, which can be released from the fitting main body and which covers electrical control unit, turbine and hydraulic control elements within the fitting housing main body and which provides direct access for maintenance and servicing purposes.

Abstract: A valve device for a sanitary fitting having at least two control elements which are movable relative to one another and on which at least two inlet channels and at least one control channel are formed is described. The control channel is configured for a communicating connection between at least one of the inlet channels and at least one outlet channel, depending on the relative position of the control elements. According to a first aspect of the invention, an additional channel, which is in a permanent, communicating connection with the control channel, is provided in the valve device, thereby ensuring a communicating connection of the additional channel with at least one of the inlet channels, irrespective of the relative position of the control elements. According to a further aspect of the invention, a sanitary fitting having at least one cold-water inlet connection and at least one hot-water inlet connection is provided, which fitting includes a valve device according to the invention.

Abstract: A lavatory (1), in particular a toilet or urinal, with sensor-controlled flushing is proposed, which eliminates the need to exchange a battery, or at least ensures a considerably longer service life. This object is achieved by providing a solar cell (22, 23) to supply power.
