    Abstract: A dart includes a flexible plastic tip having a comparatively blunt point and is adapted to be thrown at a dart board having an array of target plates formed with holes for receiving and holding the tip. Each target plate shifts inwardly upon being struck by a dart and effects closing of a switch for producing a scoring signal.
