Abstract: The disclosure provides compositions of polymeric micelle complexes, as well as methods for preparing such compositions. Such compositions are suitable for pharmaceutical delivery of one or more ionic agents to cell interior, and can be used in therapy and/or diagnosis, for example, for treating cancer as well as other diseases depending on the ionic agent.
Abstract: The present invention provides compositions and methods for treating or preventing diseases associated with vascular and non-vascular body passageways, the method comprising the step of delivering to a body passageway a therapeutic agent delivered locally through a polymer matrix from an implanted stent or other structure.
