Abstract: The present invention relates to cell surface molecules, designated cadherin-like asymmetry proteins (“CLASPs”). In particular, it relates to CLASP polynucleotides, polypeptides, fusion proteins, and antibodies. The invention also relates to methods of modulating an immune response by interfering with CLASP function.
