    Abstract: An improved window arrangement is disclosed. The window arrangement has the appearance of a conventional sash and case window from external a building having it fitted. However, the window benefits from improved insulation and sealing on a second sash provided to the interior of the building. Importantly, the innermost sash has a seal around the main frame of the window in a single plane.
