    Abstract: In a method of sawing a log where, to avoid edging, inner comers (3) are first cut out prior to sawing off the edged boards, inner corners (3) are cut out along curved lines, each with a planar smooth surface (4) and a chopped rough surface (5) which is curved, whereafter the respective board is sawed out with a curved saw cut which coincides with the respective chopped rough curved surfaces (5).
