Abstract: A method and apparatus for processing metadata of an image are disclosed. The metadata is associated with the image and an applet views the metadata in response to selection of the image. The metadata may include links to websites, audio files, video files, and text files, as well as image capture information including GPS location, time and date of capture, camera settings, etc. In response to selection of the image, or in response to arriving at a website pointed to by a URL in the metadata, a list of information materials associated with the image may be displayed. One or more of the information materials may be automatically activated.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, system and computer program product for vehicle speed acquisition and citation. In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, multiple different imaging systems can be placed individually at different locations along a route of travel, such as a highway, byway or waterway. Images of different vehicles can be captured at each of the locations and different ones of the different vehicles can be image-recognized. A time of travel between pairs of the locations can be determined for selected ones of the different vehicles in order to compute a rate of travel for the selected ones of the different vehicles. A citation signal is generated when a speed of a vehicle exceeds a predetermined speed limit such that the vehicle owner may be automatically cited for speeding.

Abstract: A navigation system, device, and method for providing a route to a user for travelling based on one or more crime statistics. The user is provided crime related information based on up to date statistics of any selected route or predefined area, and additionally the user is provided alerts upon entering a high crime density area. Moreover, the user is also facilitated with a route that the user may have previously utilized and the corresponding current crime statistics.

Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure may include a system for transferring power, the system having a donor mobile device. Such a donor mobile device may include processor(s) and a donor wireless power transfer mechanism coupled to the processor(s). In addition, the donor mobile device may include software application(s) that: (i) configure the donor wireless transfer mechanism on the donor mobile device to initiate power transfer; and (ii) transfer power using the donor wireless transfer mechanism. The system may also have a receptor mobile device including processor(s) and a receptor wireless power transfer mechanism coupled to the processor(s). Such systems, methods, and devices may: (i) receive one or more search terms from one or more user interfaces of the system; (ii) perform a search of one or more informational repositories to obtain a list of search results wherein the informational repositories may include the Internet and one or more databases; (iii) process the list of search results to classify each search result in one of a plurality of categories; (iv) cause a presentation of the search results in a plurality of search planes on the display of the system such that each search plane corresponds to one of the plurality of categories. Upon the second mobile device being geographically positioned within a predetermined geographic distance from the first mobile device, an automatic query is issued to determine whether the first and second interactive pairing criteria at least partially coincide with one another. Based on the quantity of fuel required to fill the fuel tank and the fuel data, a cost to fill the fuel tank can be received. Abstract: A system and method for retrieving and storing digital documents with physical file storage systems are provided. The disclosed system and methods allow a user to retrieve digital documents from a conventional file storage system and to seamlessly categorize and store the digital documents within the conventional file storage system. The system and method provide for receiving an identifier associated with the physical file folder; and accessing the digital documents of the physical file folder using the received identifier. The system and method further provide for storing digital content in a file folder over a network including uploading and storing the digital content; entering an identification code associated with at least one file folder; and assigning digital content to the at least one selected file folder.
