  • Patent number: 11523512
Abstract: This invention provides a method for mounting an electroacoustic component on a PCB and an electroacoustic component structure, so as to improve the problem that the traditional electroacoustic component affects the electrical characteristics due to the high temperature baking action in a reflow oven. The method comprises a step of separating and constructing a housing of the electroacoustic component. The housing comprises a shell seat and a base seat, the shell seat is provided with a plurality of sound producing components, and the base seat is provided with at least two conducting terminals for adhering the base seat to the PCB. The conducting terminals on the base seat and the at least two contacts on the PCB are adhered to each other and electrically connected in the reflow oven, and then the shell seat and the base seat are combined to make the shell seat and the base seat with the PCB combined outside the reflow oven into a single body to form an electroacoustic component that is mounted on the PCB.

  • Patent number: 7378776
Abstract: A piezoelectric ceramic composition includes a top-layer, a bottom-layer and at least one intermediate-layer ceramic sheets stacked to each other for sintering. An alloy layer of silver and palladium is interposed between every two ceramic sheets, and a sliver layer is coated on each exposed surface of the top-layer and the bottom-layer ceramic sheets, so as to form a positive and a negative electrode circuit therein. The piezoelectric ceramic composition with the silver layer is attached to at least one surface of a metal plate to make a piezoelectric element which is used to make a piezoelectric actuator, loudspeaker or buzzer.

  • Patent number: 7333621
Abstract: A conductive stub of a sound exciter comprises an insulating stub and at least two beams. Each beam has a positive electrode surface and a negative electrode surface. The stub is connected with a positive electrode lead and a negative electrode lead serves for being connected to an external sound source. A positive electrode conductive element and a negative electrode conductive element are embedded in the stub. Each of the positive electrode conductive element and the negative electrode conductive element has an external joint for connecting touch press ends. The touch press ends of the positive and negative electrode conductive elements are in contact with a positive and a negative electrode surface, respectively, of each beam. By above mentioned components, sound signals are transferred to each beam to excite the beams to oscillate and then emits sound.
