Abstract: A third-party negotiation automation tool for generating cost estimates on behalf of a seller is described herein. In response to receiving a request for a product from a buyer, a seller may choose to participate in a negotiation for fulfilling the request. The system may utilize one or more data sources, such as user-provided data, third-party data, and the like, to generate a cost estimate on behalf of the seller for fulfilling the request. The seller may choose to accept, modify, or decline the generated cost estimate before providing the cost estimate to the buyer for acceptance. This process may continue for one or more rounds, dependent upon the request, with the final cost estimates provided to the buyer for selection at the conclusion of the one or more rounds.
Abstract: This application relates generally to an omnichannel procurement orchestration system. Systems and methods for generating a recommendation for procuring a product or service by a purchaser entity are provided. An exemplary method includes accessing data for transactions associated with a proposed procurement transaction between one of a plurality of purchaser entities and one of a plurality of supplier entities. The data is received from a plurality of disparate data sources and by way of a plurality of disparate procurement channels. The method includes determining a quantifiable feature or attribute associated with the proposed procurement transaction. The method further includes generating a recommendation for acting upon the quantifiable feature or attribute, and providing the recommendation to the one of the plurality of purchaser entities or the one of the plurality of supplier entities.

Abstract: A method implemented by computer servers associated with a procurement services platform includes accessing data for a set of transactions associated with a potential procurement transaction between a purchaser entity and a plurality of supplier entities. The transactions include a line-item. The method includes inputting the data for the set of transactions into a machine-learning model trained to generate a prediction of a price quotation for each of the plurality of supplier entities based on the line-item. The prediction of the price quotation includes an estimated reasonable price for a supplier entity to supply a product or service to the purchaser entity. The method includes generating, by the machine-learning model, the prediction of the price quotation for each of the plurality of supplier entities and generating a recommendation for each of the plurality of supplier entities based on the prediction of the price quotation.

Abstract: A method for generating personalized recommendations for procuring a product or service by a human entity is provided. The method includes accessing data for a set of transactions associated with a proposed procurement transaction between at least one of a plurality of purchaser entities and at least one of a plurality of supplier entities. The at least one of the transactions includes a line-item. The method includes identifying, based on the data for the set of transactions associated with the proposed procurement transaction, an identity or a behavioral pattern of the human entity associated with the proposed procurement transaction. The method includes generating a recommendation including a set of instructions for acting upon the proposed procurement transaction based on the identified identity or behavioral pattern of the at least one human entity, and providing the recommendation to the human entity associated with the proposed procurement transaction.
