Abstract: A clamp-type mount capable of being clamped to objects of a wide range of sizes includes: first and second clamping members; a clamping-member pivot shaft pivotally provided in the clamping members so that the clamping members can enter a clamping state and a releasing state; a tightening pivot shaft pivotally connected to the second clamping member; a tightening threaded rod with a first end penetrating the first clamping member and an opposite second end fixedly connected to the tightening pivot shaft; a tightening knob threadedly connected to the first end of the tightening threaded rod so as to be displaced along the tightening threaded rod when rotated and thereby force the second clamping member toward the first clamping member; and a spherical coupling head fixedly provided on the first clamping member to couple with an adapter, through which a supporting base can be linked to the spherical coupling head.
Abstract: A bracket for holding and locking tablet-type electronic devices of various sizes securely includes a bracket base, two horizontally clamping members, and a vertically clamping member. The front side of the bracket base includes two horizontal rail grooves, which are adjacent to the bottom side of the bracket base and to two corresponding lateral edges of the bracket base respectively, and a vertical rail groove, which is adjacent to the top side and the center of the bracket base. Each horizontally clamping member can be inserted horizontally into the corresponding horizontal rail groove to any depth desired and then fixed in position. The vertically clamping member can be inserted vertically into the vertical rail groove to any depth desired and then fixed in position. Each of the clamping members is adjustable in position to adapt to the size of the tablet-type electronic device to be supported on the bracket.
Abstract: The present invention is to provide a holding device comprising a holding seat adapted to support and fasten a portable electronic device and including a plurality of apertures therethrough; a base affixed to a planar surface; and a fastening assembly having one end moveably mounted on one end of the base and including two opposite clamping units at the other end; wherein each of the clamping units is adapted to either pass the two apertures at the same side of the holding seat to fasten edges of the apertures for clamping the holding seat on the fastening assembly or disengage from the holding seat for detaching both the holding seat and the clamping unit without causing damage to the holding device due to excessive amount of force exertion thereupon.
