Patent number: 12138982Abstract: A system for controlling vehicle ride height include a suspension controller. The suspension controller is coupled to a motion sensor attached to a chassis of a vehicle and additional motion sensors each attached to a suspension member of the vehicle that pivots relative to the chassis. The suspension controller receives motion sensor data from the motion sensors and determines relative angular position of each suspension member as a function of motion sensor data received from the motion sensor attached to the chassis and motion sensor data received from the motion sensor attached to the suspension member. The suspension controller adjusts an air suspension based on the relative angular position. Other embodiments are described and claimed.Type: GrantFiled: September 22, 2021Date of Patent: November 12, 2024Assignee: ARNOTT T&P HOLDING, LLCInventors: Bradley Menden, Ryan Rutledge

Patent number: 11873877Abstract: A vibration isolation system for compactly mounting a vibrating component, such as an air compressor, to an object, such as an air tank, is described. The system may include a rod and bumper system to isolate the vibrations generated by the air compressor from the vehicle or object that it is mounted to. A primary isolation subsystem may include a rod suspension design which consumes significantly less space than existing solutions. The rod is able to achieve equal spring rates in any direction.Type: GrantFiled: October 20, 2020Date of Patent: January 16, 2024Assignee: ARNOTT T&P HOLDING, LLCInventors: Reno N. Heon, Dustin B. Patent number: 11648811Abstract: A spring-damper assembly includes a damper and an adjustable gas spring system coupled to the damper. The spring-damper assembly can be coupled to a vehicle as part of a suspension thereof. The adjustable gas spring system maintains the ride height of the vehicle while absorbing forces from changes in the terrain. The dampers control unwanted movement of the coil spring and dissipate forces from the suspension.Type: GrantFiled: June 12, 2020Date of Patent: May 16, 2023Assignee: ARNOTT T&P HOLDING, LLCInventor: Matt Edward Kirar

Patent number: 9713945Abstract: Single adjustable air suspension shocks with built-in damper device and coil assist, apparatus, system and method for motor vehicles, such as automobiles, vans, trucks, off the road vehicles, and the like. Air suspension systems, devices, apparatus, and methods for allowing motor vehicle drivers to increase and decrease compressed air supplies in air suspension devices. Deflating interior air springs/airbags (bladders) inside the devices allows for springs and pistons on shock absorbers in the devices to expand outward separating lower front and rear frame portions which effectively lowers the motor vehicle to the ground surface and for the driver to have a firmer ride. Inflating the air springs/airbags (bladders) allows for the springs and the pistons on the shock absorbers in the devices to retract into the devices so that the devices have a more shock absorbing effect giving the driver and passenger(s) a smoother ride, which also raises the motor vehicles above the ground surface.Type: GrantFiled: January 27, 2016Date of Patent: July 25, 2017Assignee: Arnott T&P Holding, LLCInventors: Adam M. Patent number: 9714066Abstract: Combination adjustable air suspension shocks with separate dampers, systems, devices, apparatus, and methods, for motorcycles. Air suspension systems, devices, apparatus, and methods for allowing motorcycle drivers to increase and decrease compressed air supplies in air suspension devices. Deflating interior air springs/airbags (bladders) inside the devices allows for springs and pistons on shock absorbers in the devices to expand outward separating lower front and rear frame portions which effectively lowers the motorcycle to the ground surface and for the driver to have a firmer ride. Inflating the air springs/airbags (bladders) allows for the springs and the pistons on the shock absorbers in the devices to retract into the devices so that the devices have a more shock absorbing effect giving the rider a smoother ride, which also raises the motorcycles above the ground surface.Type: GrantFiled: December 11, 2015Date of Patent: July 25, 2017Assignee: Arnott T&P Holding, LLCInventors: Adam M. Patent number: 9707817Abstract: Adjustable air suspension shocks with rotatable damper assemblies, apparatus, systems and method for motor vehicles, such as automobiles, vans, trucks, off the road vehicles, motorcycles, the like. Deflating interior air springs/airbags (bladders) allows for pistons on shock absorbers to expand outward separating lower front and rear frame portions which effectively lowers the motor vehicle to the ground surface and for the driver to have a firmer ride. Inflating the airbags (bladders) allows for the pistons on the shock absorbers in the devices to retract so that devices have a more shock absorbing effect giving the driver and passenger(s) a smoother ride, which also raises the motor vehicles above the ground surface. A sleeve attached to the air shock allows for a damper assembly to rotate relative to the air shock so that it can be installed within mounting brackets where the axial mounting openings need not be perpendicular to one another.Type: GrantFiled: April 22, 2016Date of Patent: July 18, 2017Assignee: Arnott T&P Holding, LLCInventors: Adam M. Patent number: 9665418Abstract: Devices, systems and methods for replacing a factory installed or similar air suspension controller in a vehicle with an augmentor, which sends correct status messages to the vehicle main computer when the air suspension is replaced with coil springs or shocks. The augmentor can includes a voltage regulator, an indicator and bus interface. At power on, the program initializes the microcontroller registers, timer registers, and control registers, then loop until an inquiry or command is received, then responds with status messages that are the same as the status messages sent by the original factory installed air suspension controller until power is removed.Type: GrantFiled: October 26, 2015Date of Patent: May 30, 2017Assignee: Arnott T&P Holding, LLCInventors: Adam M.
