    Abstract: Compositions are shown having high ORAC scores correlating with antioxidant capabilities. Such a composition, when combined with other food products can either maintain or increase ORAC scores while enhancing flavor characteristics of the final food product. The compositions have also been shown to increase immune activity of a mammal.
