Abstract: A liquid sample collection system is provided. The system includes a housing having a first layer and a second layer coupled to the first layer, one or more channels integrated into the first layer from a central region of the first layer to an edge of the first layer, and a card secured between the first layer and the second layer. The first layer is made, at least in part, from a hydrophobic polymer and the second layer is made, at least in part, from a hydrophilic polymer, and the one or more channels distribute the liquid sample on the card.
