    Abstract: A mobile lifting apparatus has a platform coupled to elongated lifting arms arranged in a crossed configuration with a hinge at center portions of the lifting arms which allows the lifting arms to rotate in a crossed scissor manner when the platform is raised or lowered. The lower ends of the lift arms are coupled to automatic guided vehicles which move towards each other to raise the platform and move away from each other to lower the platform. A locking mechanism coupled to the lifting arms is actuated to prevent movement of the lifting arms to lock the height of the platform.

    Abstract: An automatic guided vehicles (AGV) can include: motors, wheels, motor controllers, and batteries coupled to an elongated frame. The two wheels can be mounted on opposite sides of the elongated frame. The wheels can be coupled to motors which can be controlled by motor controllers. The motors and motor controllers can be attached to the frame and a connector flange can be mounted on a center portion of the AGV frame. Linkages are used to couple a plurality of AGVs together. In a two AGV embodiment, the AGVs can be mounted to a front portion and a rear portion on a centerline of a platform. In a four AGV embodiment, front width, rear width, left length, and right length linkages can form a parallelogram with AGVs couple to each of the four corners of the parallelogram.

A Designer UI displays virtual parts and receives inputs for processing and assembling the virtual parts that are required to create a virtual product. The designer identifies options for processing and assembling the virtual parts which are displayed on the user interface. The robot abilities and the options are selected to optimize a metric of the product manufacturing. The inventive toolset produces the robot control codes for performing a sequence of robotic abilities with the selected options to product the product. The robot control codes are used by a simulator which manipulates virtual robots and virtual parts to create a virtual product to check the robot control code. The verified robot control code is used to control real robots to create the product.

In the open configuration, the gripper unit releases the mixing unit allowing the mixing unit to be replaced. The robotic arm may moves the gripper unit to install a replacement mixing unit. The gripper unit can be moved to the closed configuration and the adhesive can be pumped through the mixing unit.
