Abstract: A pre-assembled wheeled assembly is attached as a pre-assembled unit to a foldable, erectable display stand, and is removable as a pre-assembled unit from the stand. The wheeled assembly includes a support, at least one wheel journaled on the support, and holders on the support for quick and easy attachment and removal of the wheeled assembly.

Abstract: A display arrangement includes a support structure including a rear wall, and a pair of side walls jutting out of the rear wall substantially perpendicularly thereto and connected to it in a manner maintaining them in their respective positions relative to one another so that such walls together bound a confining space. At least one pair of supporting formations is integrally formed out of the side and rear walls, each of such formations including two segments one extending substantially perpendicularly to the rear wall and the other extending along one of the side and rear walls to hold the one segment in position. At least one tray bounding a space for containing items to be displayed in the display arrangement is supported in the confining space of the support structure on the one segment of each of the supporting formations.

Abstract: A container arrangement for accommodating goods both while the same are being stored and shipped and while they are being displayed at the final destination includes a container including at least one compartment for holding such goods, a pallet of substantially the same contour as the container when viewed from above in a use orientation of the arrangement and situated underneath the container to support the same at an elevation above ground, and a skirt mounted at the interface between the container and the pallet and covering the pallet to conceal it from view at least while the arrangement is being used for displaying the goods. A plastically deformable element embedded in the skirt holds a movable skirt portion in the concealing position.

Abstract: A display stand includes a central column of a tubular configuration that assumes an upright orientation in a use condition of the display stand and includes number of vertically spaced slot rows each including a plurality of discrete, circumferentially distributed slots, and a corresponding number of support elements of shelf-like configurations separate from the central column. The support elements include respective mounting portions that extend through the slots of the respectively associated ones of the slot rows into the interior of the tubular central column. The support elements extend substantially horizontally in the use condition. When the central column is rectangular, both the slots and the mounting portions extend across the corners of the columns. The mounting portions may be lobate and neighboring ones of them may jointly extend into the associated slots in an overlapping relationship with respect to one another.

Abstract: A transportable display stand includes a collapsible and erectable stand structure including a front wall, a rear wall, two side walls, and a bottom wall, and a roller assembly built into the stand structure. The walls constituting the stand structure are hingedly connected to one another for movement between their collapsed and erected positions in which they lie substantially flat against one another and extend substantially normal to each other, respectively. The roller assembly includes at least one roller mounted on a lower portion of the stand as considered in an erected condition of use of the stand on a horizontal support surface for displaying a plurality of items on display and at the rear wall for rotation about an axis parallel to the rear wall. The roller is disposed on the stand so as to be spaced from the support surface in the condition of use of the stand and in engagement with the support surface in a rearwardly tilted position of the stand.

Abstract: A changeable image display sign includes a carrier panel of corrugated board material that includes a plurality of openings each corresponding to a different segment of the changeable image. The sign further includes a plurality of image-forming elements of the corrugated board material, each having oppositely facing first and second major surfaces visually conforming to and differing from at least one of the exposed major surfaces, respectively. A multitude of shafts each passing through respective interstices of the corrugated board material of the carrier panel and of at least an associated one of the image-forming elements is used for mounting the image-forming elements in the openings.

Abstract: A multifaceted display stand assembly includes a central stand that assumes an upright position in its condition of use. The central stand is provided with a plurality of vertically extending channels each facing in a different direction. Each of a plurality of receptacle components is accommodated and held in a different one of the vertical channels in an assembled condition of the assembly. Each receptacle component has several shelves for supporting items to be displayed. The vertical channels are bounded by respective wall sets all of which are constituted by integral sections of a single sheet of corrugated board that are folded and connected to one another in such a manner as to form the vertical channels and also a hollow space in the center of the stand.

Abstract: A shrouded container includes a display stand having a general configuration of a rectangular prism and bounding an internal space for receiving items to be displayed when the display stand is in its erected position of use, and a shroud configured to be slid over the display stand and including a top that completes the enclosure of the internal space when the shroud is mounted on the display stand to permit shipping of the items to be displayed in such enclosed space.

Abstract: A convertible shipping container includes, as its main components, a tray-shaped receptacle for accommodating objects to be shipped in the container in its collapsed condition and displayed in the container in its erected condition, a base connected to the receptacle for displacement between its collapsed position in which it is flat and substantially coextensive with a bottom wall of the receptacle and an erected position in which it has a substantially box-shaped configuration. A securing arrangement, especially such constituted by a tray-shaped cover, secures the base in its collapsed position to the receptacle prior to conversion of the shipping container into a display stand.

Abstract: A foldable display stand includes a generally box-shaped housing having an open end and a collapsible base for supporting the housing at an elevation above ground. The base includes a plurality of consecutive sections each having interconnected front, back and side walls displaceable relative to one another between their erected positions in which the respective section has a tubular shape, and their collapsed positions in which the walls lie flat against each other. These sections are connected to one another for movement between their unfolded positions in which they form continuations of one another, and their folded positions in which they are situated adjacent one another. One of such sections is mounted on the housing at its open end for pivoting between one position in which all of the sections are situated outside the housing, and another position in which all of the sections are located within the housing.

Abstract: An erectable display stand includes a generally planar back panel, a generally planar shelf for supporting objects, and at least one generally planar supporting wall. The shelf and the supporting wall are connected to the back panel for movement relative thereto between their collapsed positions in which they extend in substantial parallelism with one another and with the back panel in close proximity of the latter, and an erected position in which they extend substantially normal to the back panel and parallel to each other in large-area surface-to-surface contact with one another for the supporting wall to support the shelf from below when the stand is in use. The supporting wall may have a rearward extension that transfers the area of ground contact to behind the stand proper, so that the latter may assume a rearwardly tilted attitude when in use.

Abstract: An erectable stand for displaying objects includes a generally planar back panel and at least one mounting flap that is hinged to the back panel. At least one separate peg is mounted on the mounting flap such that its suspending portion projects past an exposed edge portion of the flap. The flap is substantially coplanar with the back panel and the peg is situated adjacent the back panel in a collapsed position of the flap, while in an erected position the exposed edge portion of the flap is remote from the back panel and the peg projects generally perpendicularly of the back panel. The mounting flap and peg are kept in the erected position while the stand is in use for maintaining at least one object suspended from the suspending portion of the peg.
