The upper portion has an elongate structure with an upward facing surface and a downward facing surface, the upward facing surface being configured for mounting to an object. The lower portion protrudes outward from the downward facing surface of the upper portion, and includes a first face, a second face, and a cavity having an open end on the first face and a closed end defined by a cylindrical threaded cavity body protruding from the second face about the lateral axis. The display member includes a reciprocal threaded member on a first end configured to be inserted into the open end of the cavity on the first face and rotatably secured to the threaded cavity body, and a second end having a surface configured to display indicia.
