Abstract: A method for securely searching, finding, reproducing, recovering, and/or exporting electronic data from at least two systems which can be found in a network and which are organized in a functionally identical and decentralized manner. The individual systems include a system certificate and a corresponding serial number by the manufacturer and can carry out an authentication process using said system certificate and serial number. Information is provided on user authorizations between the systems using configuration tables which are stored on each of the systems. A maximum level of security is ensured by combining cryptographic methods and the mutual authentication of the involved systems. A user interface is provided for the user, wherein the user receives a pre-selection of the requested electronic data in the user interface and can then mark the pre-selection for further processing.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and a device for the legally secure archiving of telephone contents. In particular, it should be possible to provide a legally compliant possibility of longtime archiving for telephone conversations and faxes. This is achieved by the system according to the invention for the legally secure archiving of telephone contents, comprising a. a control module (A) for telephone connections; b. a communication module (I) for ISDN links and/or a communication module (V) for VoIP connections and/or a communication module (X) for IAX connections; c. an administration module (S) to which an internal data storage unit (T1) and/or one or several external data storage units (T2, T3) are connected; d.

Abstract: The present invention deals with a method for securely downloading from distributed download sources. The greatest possible download security with a simultaneously minimized server load is achieved in this case. The object of the present invention was to provide an improved download method which also allows simple servers, without the possibility of setting up a secure connection, to be used as download servers and allows the total CPU load on the servers involved to be minimized, wherein the data transmission security can be kept the same, in comparison with a download from a single server, via a secure connection.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for producing and managing a large-volume long-term archive which comprises an archive data memory and a management file, and to a corresponding long-term archive. The method according to the invention involves relocating archive data in a container file so that the legal validity of the data is maintained by virtue of qualified signing.
Abstract: The current invention describes a method for long term archiving of qualifiedly signed data in accordance with the current invention, which comprises the steps of hashing the data, encrypting the data through a cryptography algorithm, hashing the encrypted data, signing the hashed data with an advanced time stamp, generating a hash tree over the whole data file or the subgroups thereof and signing the hash tree(s) with a qualified time stamp. Furthermore, a computer system for conducting the method is disclosed.
