    Abstract: A method for enhancing an image. A sheet having an image formed thereon, and a digital file of the image, are provided. Three-dimensional artistic embellishments having features are applied to an area of the image on the sheet. The image in the digital file is modified in the area to resemble at least some of the features of the artistic embellishments applied to the image on the sheet. The modifications may be the addition of color to the area. A print of the modified image with three-dimensional artistic embellishments is provided.
