Abstract: A system for the fixing of prints with reactive and vat dyes in the two phase printing method on textiles made of cellulose and, in particular, continuously running webs of material made of textile, knitted material, fleece, and the like, wherein the required auxiliary means for fixing is applied onto the web of material by electrostatic spraying. The system is characterized by the provision of a device for the electrostatic spraying of the auxiliary means onto the web of material which is positioned in the fixing device.

Abstract: A device for applying liquids onto continuously-fed textile webs and, in particular, carpet webs is provided wherein the liquid is initially removed from a liquid-supply container by means of rollers which are immersed in the liquid. The liquid is then wiped off from the roller surface and is fed onto the web of goods. The invention is characterized by the provision of rollers having a profiled surface into which a wiper positively engages with its associated wiper edge.
Abstract: A device is provided for the continuous treatment of relatively wide textile webs in a treatment medium, wherein the web and the treatment medium move through a trough having squeezing rollers associated therewith for intensifying the treatment of the web with the treatment medium and wherein a funnel-shaped diffuser is disposed at the entrance end of the trough for introducing the web of material into the trough. The device includes squeezing means which are disposed adjacent to the diffuser means and which include a pair of coacting, rotatable squeeze rollers which define therebetween a squeezing nip disposed beneath the surface of the treatment medium and through which the web passes prior to introduction into the diffuser. Deflection means are also provided which are disposed adjacent to the discharge end of the nip of the rollers for facilitating removal of the web from engagement with the circumferential surface of the rollers and for guiding the web into the trough.
