Patent number: 6644361Abstract: A suction nozzle for use in a compressive preservation bag that is made of air-impermeable synthetic resin material includes a check valve made of synthetic resin material at a portion thereof. The suction nozzle includes an elongated body having an insertion section that has a flattened, substantially cylindrical shape and is tapered so as to be inserted into the check valve. The insertion section of the body has a plurality of openings communicating with the inside of the body.Type: GrantFiled: October 19, 2001Date of Patent: November 11, 2003Assignee: Aru CorporationInventor: Ryoichi Otsubo

Patent number: 6622857Abstract: The compression storage bag includes a storage bag main body, which has an entrance-exit portion (or an opening portion) on one side, for putting in and taking out goods to be stored. The opening portion is made open-close free, by open-close means. The compression storage bag has a first non-return valve on the opposite side of the opening portion. This first non-return valve is provided with one side extending to the inside of the storage bag main body, and the other side extending to a path that connects communicatively with the exterior of the storage bag main body. Moreover, the compression storage bag has an outlet, which makes it possible for the air inside the storage bag main body to flow out through the first non-return valve and the path. In particular, a second non-return valve, which has an opening portion through which air is sucked out of the interior of the storage bag main body, is formed at a different place from the first non-return valve.Type: GrantFiled: December 12, 2001Date of Patent: September 23, 2003Assignee: Aru CorporationInventors: Ryoichi Ohtsubo, Yoshihiro Koyanagi

Patent number: 6623414Abstract: A method of producing a compression preservation bag includes the following first step and second step, thus allowing the longitudinal and widthwise lengths thereof to easily changed, and thus, providing for a wide size variation of the bag. The first step is carried out to form a rectangular, flat, cylindrical, and bottomed bag part formed of a laminate film and having a mouth portion at one end thereof in a longitudinal direction thereof. The second step is carried out to install a closing structure made of synthetic resin and having a length corresponding to a length of the mouth portion of the bag part on a region in the vicinity of the mouth portion of the bag part by thermal fusion or the like. The closing structure functions to freely open and close the mouth portion of the bag part.Type: GrantFiled: September 18, 2002Date of Patent: September 23, 2003Assignee: Aru CorporationInventor: Ryoichi Ohtsubo

Publication number: 20020162767Abstract: A compression storage bag is constructed such that the operation to store and accommodate goods to be stored such as beddings and clothes after compression-storage is made easy, and which has a broad range of applicable storing and accommodating places. The compression storage bag is preferably made of a non-permeable synthetic resin material, and is provided with a non-return valve preferably made of a synthetic resin material on one portion thereof. A base member having a planar form is put inside the compression storage bag, and the shape of the base portion of the compression storage bag is retained. When goods to be stored such as beddings and clothes are stored inside the compression storage bag, the whole compression storage bag retains its shape, for example, a substantially rectangular shape.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 30, 2002Publication date: November 7, 2002Applicant: Aru CorporationInventor: Ryoichi Ohtsubo

Publication number: 20020079242Abstract: A compression storage bag is provided, in which a suction equipment such as a vacuum cleaner can be used, or in some cases the compression-storing operation can be done manually without using a suction equipment, as appropriate, depending on the kind and number of the goods to be stored, and depending on the circumstances of the compression-storing operation. The compression storage bag includes a storage bag main body, which has an entrance-exit portion (or an opening portion) on one side, for putting in and taking out goods to be stored. The opening portion is made open-close free, by open-close means. The compression storage bag has a first non-return valve on the opposite side of the opening portion.
