Abstract: A hearing aid or hearing aid component for placement in an auditory canal and/or in or behind an auricle of a wearer is provided with a biofilm-inhibiting coating. This biofilm-inhibiting coating includes an inorganic condensate that is modified with organic groups on the basis of a coating composition, which includes a hydrolysate or pre-condensate of one or more hydrolysable compounds with at least one non-hydrolysable substituent, whereby at least one portion of the organic groups of the condensate includes fluorine atoms and/or copper or silver colloids contained in the coating.

Abstract: A hearing aid fitting for a behind-the-ear hearing aid possesses two sound inlet apertures on different sides of the fitting. One sound inlet aperture faces toward the head and the other faces in the opposite direction. Both sound inlet apertures are connected to a channel leading to the behind-the-ear hearing aid. An insertable sealing stopper that is shaped to fit the aperture is provided for each sound inlet aperture. One of these sealing stoppers seals the sound inlet aperture facing the head. The two sealing stoppers may be of different color or exterior side texture for differentiation one from the other.

Abstract: An in-ear hearing aid device including a cup fitted into the auditory canal, and having an earphone, an amplifier, and a microphone arranged therein, the device further including a battery chamber, an adjuster and a front plate, the front plate being mounted on a locking plate firmly connected to the cup, and being lockable and rotatable around the axis of rotation revolving on the locking plate that runs vertical to the locking plate, the front plate having a closed outer surface that is only interrupted by a sound inlet opening.
