Abstract: A method is provided for producing a Si bulk polycrystal ingot with high quality and high homogeneity, which has no significant crystal defects and is free from diffused impurities with a high yield. An upper face of a Si melt is locally cooled by bringing coolant close to a surface of the Si melt from an upper part of a crucible in the crucible containing the Si melt or by inserting the coolant into the Si melt. A dendrite crystal is formed in the vicinity of the surface of the Si melt. Cooling is performed thereafter while maintaining a proper temperature distribution, and a Si bulk crystal is grown from an upper part toward a lower part using a lower face of the dendrite crystal as a fresh growth face.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing an alloy wheel for automobiles, the alloy wheel including a rim part having a portion running in and out from a rim flange to a drop center, and a disc part fitted in the rim part is disclosed. The method comprising forging of an alloy billet to obtain a cup-shaped preform, flowforming of the preform to obtain a seamless tube, cutting of the seamless tube into unit tubes, primary roll forming of the unit tube to obtain a preliminarily shaped unit tube, secondary roll forming of the preliminarily shaped unit to obtain a final shaped rim part, and attaching a disc part to the rim part.

Abstract: The automatic dish serving system includes: a supply center for supplying articles such as food and drink; a customer's seat to which the articles are served; a carrier wagon traveling along a route between the supply center and the customer's seat for carrying the articles of food and drink loaded on the carrier wagon; and a route guide device for guiding the carrier wagon so as to take an appropriate route, wherein the customer's seat is provided with a turntable for retaining the served articles of food and drink and provided with an arrival portion to which the carrier wagon arrives and wherein the carrier wagon is provided with a transfer device for transferring the articles between the turntable and the carrier wagon.
